Waykool-Gifts refund policies

Waykool-Gifts maintains an Online Shopper-friendly refund policy. This keeps our administrative costs under control in two ways: First, it reduces the amount of time spent researching Online Shopper inquiries; and secondly it reduces the occurrence of chargeback disputes. (A chargeback dispute is a refund that is forced by the Online Shopper's credit card company.)

In most situations when an Online Shopper asks for a refund, we want to try our best to grant that refund. All claims must be made within 5 days from receipt of merchandise. Here are some guidelines and instructions that you must follow :

  • If an Online Shopper is dissatisfied with a product that he/she has ordered, Waykool-Gifts will accept the product back and grant a refund, original shipping charges as well.

  • If an Online Shopper claims that a product was never received, we will grant a refund, unless Waykool-Gifts can show proof of delivery.

  • All merchandise returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping their merchandise.

  • IMPORTANT: We strongly encourage that our customers ship all returns either UPS or USPS Mail. In addition, we do recommend that our customers ship their returns with a confirmation of receipt. This can be accomplished by requesting a "Signature Required" when shipping UPS or "Delivery Confirmation" through the US Postal Service. We want to be sure that all returns receive proper credit once received.

  • Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return as well as the correct option for either a replacement or refund.

  • All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.

  • We will gladly pay the shipping charges to send a replacement if an incorrect item ( not what you ordered ) is received, however, for all other returns, the return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Waykool-Gifts.com reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular individual or address based on previous claims filed.
