Waykool Gifts and CCNow asks customers to supply various personal data
when placing an
order, such as name and address, credit-card information, and E-mail
address. We use this data only for the purpose of filling an order, or
communicating with the customer or supplier about the status of an order.
We treat this customer information as private and confidential, and we
will
not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless
required by law.
We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists,
surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our
services.

Which credit cards does Waykool-Gifts/CCNow accept?
Waykool-Gifts/CCNow accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus cards.
This includes all card types which are derivatives of those brands. Some examples are: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard
"MasterMoney", EuroCard, etc.
Do we accept PayPal?
Yes. We are pleased to announce a new customer payment method in the
Waykool-Gifts.com shopping cart, based on your feedback from our survey.
PayPal payments can now be accepted through the Waykool-Gifts.com shopping
cart. This will give more flexibility to our customers in payment

Does Waykool-Gifts/CCNow use SSL encryption?
Waykool-Gifts shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the Online Shopper's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers.
While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the Online Shopper is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Checkout button, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information.
All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard, but the Online Shopper can choose to checkout using Non-Secure Mode if necessary.
Waykool-Gifts refund policies
Waykool-Gifts/CCNow maintains an Online Shopper-friendly refund policy. This
keeps our administrative costs under control in two ways: First, it reduces the
amount of time spent researching Online Shopper inquiries; and secondly it
reduces the occurrence of chargeback disputes. (A chargeback dispute is a refund
that is forced by the Online Shopper's credit card company.)
In most situations when an Online Shopper asks for a refund, we want to try
our best to grant that refund. All claims must be made within 5 days from receipt of
merchandise. Here are some guidelines and instructions that
you must follow :
- If an Online Shopper is dissatisfied with a product that he/she has
ordered, Waykool-Gifts will accept the product back and grant a refund,
original shipping charges as well.
- If an Online Shopper claims that a product was never received, we will
grant a refund, unless Waykool-Gifts can show proof of delivery.
- All merchandise returned must include the original package containing
the merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return
shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same
packaging materials as was previously used for shipping their
merchandise.
- IMPORTANT: We strongly encourage that our customers ship all returns either UPS or USPS Mail. In addition, we do recommend that
our customers ship their returns with a confirmation of receipt. This can be accomplished by requesting a "Signature Required" when shipping UPS or "Delivery Confirmation" through the US Postal Service. We want to be sure that all returns receive proper credit once received.
- Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return as
well as the correct option for either a replacement or refund.
- All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.
- We will gladly pay the shipping charges to send a replacement if an
incorrect item ( not what you ordered ) is received, however, for all
other returns, the return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of
the customer.
- Waykool-Gifts.com reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular
individual or address based on previous claims filed.
